Inspired by a deep appreciation for Southbourne’s unique charm, I embarked on a brand identity project for VisitSouthbourne, crafting a visual presence that encapsulates the area's vibrant character and heritage. The logo design draws inspiration from Fisherman’s Walk, the historic park linking the town to the beach. By incorporating the cormorant, a nod to the statues of the fishing bird that stand at each entrance, the identity pays homage to Southbourne’s coastal history while offering a fresh, modern aesthetic. This refreshed branding not only elevates the organisation’s public image but also strengthens its role in promoting the area as a must-visit destination.
